Abstract
The reality or existence of the object in the external world is unique. However, we cannot get the 'true' or objective 'reality or existence'. Every 'reality or existence' we capture is a subjective concept, because each person who senses reality has diverse thoughts or ideas. And these various inner reactions cannot be clearly defined. It means that we keep an 'interpreted reality and existence' - we accept the outer world through our sensory organs, then internalize and recognize it as our reality and world, not the real or objective reality or existence of the world.
In this work, we present an alternative using an auditory method rather than a visual method for recording reality and existence. Specifically, we dealt with the relationship between spaces - reality and virtuality. Also the relationship between 'I/Ego' and the external world. Based on this, we analyzed the properties of sound according to the spatiality in reality and virtuality. Then we produced, reconstructed, and weaved those sounds into our musical piece - a musical narrative of a 'sense of reality and existence'. After that, we intended to deliver these narratives effectively through the 3D Mixing. Through this, we aimed to provide new experiences of awareness and cognition about the reality and the existence.
